Smoke Screen Plus requires Smoke Screen plus Bone Powder to create. Not only does Smoke Screen Plus creates a temporary cloud to obscure Abe instantly, but it also knocks out any Slig nearby for a very brief moment. The smoke cloud is significantly larger than the regular version, but does not last much longer.

- Due to its effects, Smoke Screen Plus is more analogous to a flashbang grenade.
- Despite its position in the crafting menu, this is one of the first items that can be crafted in the game, as one is first crafted at the Phat Station.
