Oddworld Wiki

Hi! Welcome to the Oddworld Fandom Wiki!

Recently OWI has began to publish posts on their Twitter citing articles from this site, along with content that heavily implies that the wiki is in some way official or sanctioned.

We'd like to dispel this rumor now: The Fandom Wiki is 100% community run and has in fact been long plagued by information of dubious validity, despite the valiant efforts of its editors (whose job we really appreciate, keep up the good fight!). For this reason, we'd like to ask our readers to take everything here with a great chunk of salt, especially when it comes to content without valid citations.

If you wish to fight against misinformation, you're encouraged to contribute high-quality content to the wiki—that is content that's propped up by a trusted source (examples include: Oddworld.com, Magog on the March, or The Oddworld Library) and contain no headcanons, theorizing, or any further content not directly coming from Oddworld Inhabitants.

Thank you for your attention and understanding! Happy reading and editing!

Flub Fuels is a fuel extraction and refinery company situated in Mudos. It is the main producer of Phatoline, an important fuel for industrial mining and the Feeco Train network.

Munch's Oddysee[]

Flub Fuels is the final and biggest target in Abe and Munch's efforts to make Lulu rich. They first start by using Abe's possession to make junior executives "donate" their savings to Lulu and release the water of the resevoir back to the lake. The duo then infiltrate the Scrub Pens to open the way to the executive office, where they outrun the security and force the head of the operation to give his money to Lulu.

Soulstorm[]

Flub Fuels play a minor part in Abe's quest to hijack a train. The phatoline station that Abe storms in order to get a train is owned by them, and Abe and Alf use Phatoline to fuel mining machinery and the train respectively. Unlike many companies encountered in Soulstorm, Flub Fuels is still in operation by the game's end.

Trivia[]

  • The Flub Fuels logo in Oddworld: Soulstorm is clearly inspired by the Shell company's logo, with it bearing the most resemblance to the iteration between 1955 and 1971. Instead of using a shell, Flub Fuels' logo uses an unknown slug.
